I had the most basic hair cut which took less than 25 mins for the whole process and paid £65 which is completely overpriced

I have had my hair cut by Daniel, everything was great, my hair is perfect👌Daniel recommended some products which were not too expensive. Ideal customer service. Wonderful atmosphere:)

I paid nearly £150 for a half head of highlights and came out of this salon with a full head of nearly white blonde hair. The texture of my hair is ruined - matted and damaged. It will take me many months to grow out this terrible dye-job. I am extremely upset. I was told toner / treatment would be an extra £59, taking the cost of this hairdressing experience (the worst I have experienced in my life) to just under £200. The “luxury head massage” paid for also didn’t happen.
