The booking wasn’t in the diary. The system obviously doesn’t link Treatwell booking and headmasters. So I didn’t get a haircut even though I’ve paid for it!!!
The hairdresser was lovely but the appointment was very quick and the luxury head massage that I had paid extra for was over in a few minutes, so it all felt very rushed. Would have been nice to have more time spent on both the massage and the cut.
Actually I never got my hair done. My appointment has been canceled twice last minute. Honestly a very bad way to handle the thing. The first time I have been told that the employee called sick and offered to reschedule. Which I did, but it was a mistake because the same thing has happened again a week later. One hour before my appointment I got a call saying that the same employee had called sick (again) and nobody was in today to get my hair done, so no alternative was available. Honestly a very poor experience
Arrived on time and taken to a seat, but was then ignored by all staff for 15 minutes until I asked where the stylist was. She was very apologetic & said she hadn’t been told I had arrived, but the appointment then felt rushed & I didn’t feel relaxed. Stylist was lovely to chat to and I was happy with my cut, but the curls from the blow dry have all come out less than 3 hours later - despite using hairspray. Overall a bit disappointed by my experience. First time here but wouldn’t rush back.
