Bruno was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. My half head highlights are amazing. The price was amazing. Timeline was amazing. The head massage on a massage chair while shampooing was amazing. Nothing to fault; will definitely be back! Thank you Bruno.
Hair Colouring
Had booked an appointment for 1.30pm but was told upon arrival that their system had me booked for 12.30pm and that I would have to come back a few hours later. The person at reception was not at all apologetic even though I had a confirmation text for 1.30pm and made it clear that having to come back was very inconvenient for me. My stylist, Jade, made up for it later though by being very friendly and professional. She did a terrific job and I’d definitely come back for her!

My hair was cut lopsided... I paid for a more senior hair stylist so I was a bit miffed tbh

Jade was fab! After not having a haircut in a year and a half - She listened to what I wanted and discussed how the best to achieve that was. I will definitely be going back!
