Had booked an appointment for 1.30pm but was told upon arrival that their system had me booked for 12.30pm and that I would have to come back a few hours later. The person at reception was not at all apologetic even though I had a confirmation text for 1.30pm and made it clear that having to come back was very inconvenient for me. My stylist, Jade, made up for it later though by being very friendly and professional. She did a terrific job and I’d definitely come back for her!

Headmasters in Balham is a great salon: all staff are nice and professional and it is always very clean. Good products!
I saw Daniel for my haircut (have seen him before as well). I really like him, he is friendly but not over the top, seems genuinely interested in making sure the haircut is what I want and takes time to make sure everything looks good. Super happy with my haircut and I will definitely be back. Thanks Daniel!
