Lovely haircut, friendly place, nice refreshments and loved the massage chair when getting hair washed. Great experience and really happy with my hair.

The salon and the hair dressers who were working there were great, I'm very pleased with the service and with my haircut!
My experience with Treatwell was not as great - I booked an appointment at 6:30pm, turned up to the salon and they had been told the appointment was at 7:30pm.
Unfortunately the salon was fully booked (although Chloe did try to squeeze me in earlier!)
Due to this mess up by Treatwell I wasn't able to pick my mum up from the train station after not seeing her in a year!
The venue is very modern looking and clean. I really liked being able to use the massage setting on the chair while having my hair shampooed. I've already booked my next appointment because my cut and blow dry were exactly what I wanted and I feel that the salon sets high standards.
Was happy with the precautions and measures in place in the salon. Lulu was very good to check what I wanted and gave me a great haircut. Will recommend.
