It was a busy pre-Christmas Saturday but my appointment wasn't late and it was quite a fun friendly busy atmosphere. Nice wash, cut and dry with lovely stylist Caitlin.

Holly has done an amazing job with my hair. I really enjoyed the consultation part as my options were clearly explained to me. Hair came out looking fabulous!
Ladies' Full Head Colouring
My stylist was not interested and unfriendly. She was not familiar with blow drying mixed race hair and my roots were still wavy. Every time I asked her to do things a certain way, it was like she didn't want to be told and replied dismissively. I won't be coming back here in a hurry after that poor experience. I felt very unwelcome by her. On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was absolutely lovely, and friendly.
