I had my hair cut by Mia and she was amazing! Having grown my hair out for a while I was very nervous about getting my long locks cut. She was very friendly and chatty, I felt very comfortable as if we had been friends for ages. She was also very professional and took the time to hone in on what I specifically wanted. She also gave me lots of hair tips and I felt like I left the salon armed with not just a fantastic hair cut but also lots of info on how to maintain and care for my hair
Great experience! Listened to what I wanted and the needs of my hair. Told me about options and products available without being pushy.
I was 8 minutes late to my appointment and told to come to the salon and wait 20 minutes for the next appointment. On arrival I was not greeted well and told no one was available and I had to wait another 45 minutes. I ordered my uber back to my hotel and as it arrived, I was told they could do my hair. I was charged for my uber which I didn't use and the quality of the blow-dry was awful! I felt like a burden there!
