SO pleased with my professional cut! Natalie was brilliant - she took the time to do a consultation beforehand and completely made me feel at ease. The finished cut looks great, I’m thrilled with the results. Thanks again Natalie and the HM team!
I am so disappointed with the outcome of my hair . I went in with curly hair asking for a blow dry and straighten . Instead I was greeted with someone asking me how they should do my hair and having to train them on how to deal with curly hair. I spent 2 + hours just for my hair to clme out frizzy and barely straightened. On top of this I had several stylists working on my hair and only one able to do in a short period whilst the rest used me as a Guinea pig almost as if they had not been traine

I wasn’t so happy with the colour , it wasn’t what I envisioned but the stylist was very nice.
