Terrible hair cut. I booked the same day on treatwell and I don't think they had time for me. Consequently guy visibly rushed to cut my hair and did it wonky. When I complained he said it wasn't possible to cut hair symmetrically if I had a side parting!! When I asked him to correct it he made it worse, so just left with a terrible hair cut. Spoke to a friend who had a similar experience at headmasters with a wonky bob.
I booked my haircut on Treatwell at around 10:00pm on the Saturday evening, booking for 11:15am the following day. I received a confirmation email immediately. But when arriving at the salon the following day they had no record of my booking. Obviously this wasn't ideal but they did fit me in with a lower level stylist in a slot 30 minutes later and gave refund fir difference. Fairly happy with cut which was appropriate to amount paid.
