I was going for quite a change from long to short hair. Kat really listened to what I wanted - which is v important when going for such a drastic change. She was really friendly and did an amazing cut. She was chatty however concentrated on my hair. I'm very happy with the results.
One thing - I'm not 100% sure I received the Indian head massage. I think I did but it wasn't made clear to me. I'd suggest moving forward just to ensure customers are aware of all treatments they are receiving.

My hairdresser was lovely and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted
Amazing service I received by my hairdresser, the other staff were subdued but offered drinks etc, however were a little down it seemed. The ambience was a little quiet, music in the background but no chatting even though there were other people in (I like a conversation while getting my hair cut). However the biggest positive was my hairdresser, at tentative, friendly, gave an amazing service!
