I have booked a blowdry for 2 pm and they were runnig late with appts.Although I appreciate that this sort of things can happen , I would have really appreciate if they could have let me know in advance as I was on my lunch break and had limited time. The girl was nice , but she had to rush and the blowdry wasn't as good as expected
