All great, good value for money - head massage only lasted for about 30 seconds though.
It was my first experience with a stylist who did not cut off as much as I asked for. He told me to trust him, and I did. When I wasn't happy with it at the end, he fixed it easily. My hair looks great and I got exactly what I wanted so I'm pleased.
This was the worst haircut I've ever had. It was all I could do not to leave the salon in tears. I absolutely hate it, I should have trusted my instincts when the salon was almost completely empty, it's going to be a long wait for my hair to grow out now. All I can say is not to risk it - this has ruined my self-confidence, I'd hate for it to happen to someone else.
