Most likely not a reflection on Kasia, who gave me a great haircut, but my appointment finished 45 mins later than it was supposed to. We started late and Kasia had to break off several times to wash another client's hair and take bookings. There should really be an assistant or receptionist to do this - otherwise it would be a very nice salon, and I've had good experiences here before.
My hair was cut by a stylist who was lovely on approach and it was affordable through treatwell. I wouldn't afford £55 every two months though which is recommended for trims and felt a little pushed to book in 8 weeks so that was a bit of an awkward conversation.
