Though the atmosphere is beautiful, and Headmasters is renowned for a reason, I felt that my experience this time was poor. I went in with a solid idea on what I wanted and felt like I was talked out of it, having paid in advance I was expecting more. After my ideas for my haircut being turned down, I left with merely a trim on the bottom layer which took 4/5 minutes in total cutting time. Then, my blow dry was suggested to be a “natural look” - but I was coerced to leave with damp hair. :(

Sideburns and the back of my neck were not properly done. I have to shave down the patches myself. As a male who has cut his hair many times in the past 30 years, this is genuinely the poorest. I will never visit a chain anymore because of this.

Overall, love the haircut done by the hairdresser. She listened to what I wanted and I left feeling good. Only negative was when i came in another lady sat me in a chair with a previous hair cut still on the floor/chair.
