Stylist seemed to want to rush me out the door, didn't seem particularly interested in helping me to get the haircut I wanted or even making conversation. I wasn't very happy with the end result, won't be returning.

Charlotte is really attentive, gave me a great haircut and also took the time to explain how to style it myself at home, really recommend!

I had the pleasure of Megan to do my balayage early this week. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and advised me perfectly on what was best for my hair. As someone who rarely colours their hair, she made me feel incredibly relaxed and assured me that there would be no issues!
I LOVED the outcome. Will only go to Headmasters from now on. I heard the interactions between other colleagues and customers as well and their whole team came across so friendly and inviting.
THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL.
