Love the massage chairs and head massage while you’re getting your hair washed!
Ladies' Haircuts
The haircut is great, I am so happy with it and that is the main thing and I will go back for my next haircut.
The overall experience was not amazing however, when I arrived I was left sitting waiting in the chair for nearly 10 minutes and no one told me what was going on. The "luxury" head massage is basically an ok hairwash in a massage chair (had it not been called "luxury" I would have been quite happy with it but my expectation was a bit higher) and during my hair cut the stylist was interrupted by colleagues 3 times, it sounded like there was an argument going on between staff, and once she had to go off and talk to a colleague - as a paying customer I don't want to see that, it's super awkward!
So overall, great cut (and in the end that is what matters) but not the nicest customer experience.
Ladies' Haircuts
Blow dry was nice and lasted, but the place left a lot to be desired. Took ten mins of sitting around for them to wash my hair, and every single other person in the place got a Christmas treat with their water/coffee except me? Possibly because I was 'only' getting a blow dry? Silly but it made me feel less valued. Staff could be more attentive.

I had a free upgrade of hairdresser which was a nice surprise even before arriving. Once i was there the staff were all lovely, and my hairdresser with very helpful. I left very satisfied with my hair. I would definitely recommend.
