Booked today and was charged, they phoned to tell me that they have no appointment available. I am now awaiting a refund. They should not accept bookings and payment when they can't fulfil. They also seriously need to fix their booking system. This has happened to me once before with them, they called to tell me they needed to change the time of my appointment. People book based on what suits them so to offer a time, accept the booking and charge for it and then change it is totally unprofessional and inconvenient.
