I was phoned at 9.19am and told they didn't have 12 free (the appointment I booked) and could I change to 3.30. This was inconvenient as I had plans today but as I had booked and paid for it and needed the blowdry for plans later that evening I agreed. I arrived at 3.30 and I was left waiting for 25 minutes.
