Steph was great, first London hairdresser I've found who gets how to take the weight out of thick long hair. She was very attentive to any of my discomfort (I have a sensitive scalp) and lovely to talk to.

Great job, the lady was very nice and did exactly what I asked for. I'm normally quite wary of hairdressers as I had a bad experience but she made me feel at ease and did a perfect cut!!

Not hugely impressed, felt like my hairdresser was quite inexperienced & used some unusual techniques that didn't leave me feeling very confident in her ability. For the price, my hair wasn't cut very well & will definitely need to go for another one sooner than I'd like.
