Haircut was great, the hairdresser listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly (always a bit nervous in case they make it too short but he did a lovely job layering and making it different!)
However, I was expecting to be there for an hour tops but instead it took a total of around 2 hours. To be fair, it was New Year's Eve, and I appreciated the hairdresser apologising for him taking a while to start - but I do think he could've curled my hair a lot quicker! It seemed to take a long time when others have been a lot quicker, probably because he was pinning it up and could've just used a curling iron instead.
The head massage could've also been better - it didn't last very long and was a bit uncomfortable.
Overall though, great cut and would recommend :)
