First time visiting this salon and would come back. The hairdresser I had cut my hair exactly as I wanted (typically you ask for an inch cut off and they do three). Head massage was a nice addition.

Booked for 7pm, turned up to find that the stylist wasn't available and all other local branches were fully booked. After a while was offered an appointment at 8.15pm which I took and arrived slightly early for. After waiting half an hour, finally got seen at 8.45pm.
Turns out there was a system error and the hairdresser's system said I was booked in at 6.45pm, but my confirmation email and text stated 7pm. I was informed that this has happened a few times so I would recommend calling on the day to confirm the time of your appointment in order to avoid this frustrating situation!
