I would say it the whole experience was "fine", nothing overwhelming. My appointment was 11am and they were running about 30mins behind. To be fair, the stylist did let me know and I think it was due to someone not turning up, so understandable but annoying. I didn't feel like I really had a consultation - was just taken to be shampooed so my stylist didn't even see my hair dry. The wash wasn't great, I think the head massage lasted about 1 minute. The cut is fine (I only had a slight trim) and it was styled nicely, but I didn't feel very appreciated as a customer. I was given a cup of tea and biscuits though :)
Pleased with cut and blow dry, but they were 20 mins behind at 10:30 am which wasn't the best - there was 1 hairdresser and 2 front of house girls so maybe short staffed. Still more than happy with the hair and would go back again and recommend otherwise.
I have been going regularly to Headmasters at different locations for about a year now and it's always been a top notch experience. This is why it saddens me to say today definitely fell short. My stylist was running behind over 25 minutes to begin with. Then, there was much pulling and tugging that I didn't appreciate, and my blow dry fell flat after about 2 hrs, while it usually lasts me for days. In short, I could've done a better job myself, with less damage and in less than the hour and a half that this appointment took, at home. Do better, Headmasters, because I'd love to come back.
