All together quite a strange experience - on walking in there was no one at the desk to greet me but I could see that there were two or three staff just standing around at the back of the shop. The haircut was fine but didn't include an Indian head massage, rather the hairdresser trying to sell me extra products like shampoo and a deep conditioning treatment for £15. The hairdresser was very sweet but seemed quite inexperienced and didn't really understand what I was asking for - a grown out fringe - and basically ignored this and gave me a pretty bog standard trim with lots of layers. Not what I was going for! I know this branch is quite new so maybe these are just teething problems, but I wouldn't recommend the staff I dealt with.
I couldn't fault the cut but I was waiting 30 mins before I got seen as they only had one assistant on a Sunday. Coffee was very good though while I waited :)
Would absolutely go back to headmasters for my next appointment. Had a good consultation where my hairdresser listened to what I wanted and didn't get annoyed when I showed a picture which others have done in other salons previously. Amazing head massage as well!
Great haircut in a nice place, very convenient from home. Just needed a basic trim so pretty easy job - would have ideally liked the stylist to be a bit more confident and offer some advice, but she was junior so understandable. Overall pretty happy - would definitely try it if I wanted a complete re-style of my hair but maybe book someone more senior. Cup of tea was appreciated, but unfortunately not great!
