Were running late but very apologetic. On Easter Friday I was expecting that anyway - it happens! Haircut was great, massage was fine, no worse or better than any other hairdresser. Nice salon, great location, brilliant value.

I was greeted with a beverage and a choice of magazine upon arrival. I went at 11am on a Thursday so the salon was quiet, there was only one other customer. The hair wash took place on a massage chair which was lovely. I was offered a moisture mask for my hair at an extra cost but didn't feel forced to buy and happily turned down. The head massage was lovely, it didn't last particularly long, maybe only 2-3 minutes - I just assumed it would be a little longer but was good all the same. I showed the stylist a picture of what cut I was going for and she did a great job of recreating the look. My hair was cut, dried and then tonged. I was so pleased when I left and was given lots of discounts for myself, friends and family when I left. Overall, I was very happy with the service and having only just moved into London and seen other prices for haircuts, I thought this was good value.

Despite having to wait 20 min to get my cut, the service was great. Staff was very friendly and the hair stylist helped me to decide what kind of cut to have. Very happy with the final result.

I didn't get my indian head massage which was disappointing, and they were confused on pay-out whether I had already paid via Wahanda or not, which impacted on my experience slightly.

I'm pleased with the haircut, not so much with the massage though as it lasted a minute or two. I would come back :)
