Despite having to wait 20 min to get my cut, the service was great. Staff was very friendly and the hair stylist helped me to decide what kind of cut to have. Very happy with the final result.

I didn't get my indian head massage which was disappointing, and they were confused on pay-out whether I had already paid via Wahanda or not, which impacted on my experience slightly.

Average overall experience, average haircut for too much money. Some staff were rude and seemed disgruntled serving me which was a shame.

Quick and efficient. Staff were friendly although a little distracted (bit worrying when they're cutting large chunks off your hair) but it may have been because my cut was simple and very easy for them. Would definitely go again.
