A regular, but my first appointment back at salon after their refurbishment. Always welcoming, calm vibe and spacious. Nice hospitality drinks. Good Kerastase products.The cut and blow dry with Natalia was excellent. Communication was great, she gave me a cut exactly as I had was wanti (a simple layered style that for some reason I hadn't been able to get via a couple of other salons for previous haircuts!)
So a very happy customer, will be back. Many thanks !
