Was a really good experience, I was making quite a change with my hair and Natalia was extremely knowledgeable about what would work best for my hair type and length. I left the salon feeling great! I got a 25% discount with treatwell for a last minute booking, but I would definitely go back and pay full price because it was totally worth it!

Had to wait 20 mins after appointment time to get started. Once my hair was washed my hairdresser was informed that her next appointment had arrived. She hadn't even cut any hair and was being rushed onto the next person. It was all very fast and inconsistent. I felt sorry for her. She asked if I wanted my hair rough dried instead of a blow dry - even though that was the service I had paid for.

Really amazing experience and I love my haircut. Colleen explained everything she was doing and was so knowledgeable about products and when advising on looking after my very damaged hair. My hair now feels amazing and is so much healthier. I will definitely opt to see Colleen again for future visits!

Haircut was uneven at the front, only rectified when I identified it and had to request it to be fixed twice. Not acceptable for cost of £55
