Colleen was lovely, but the men's haircut does not specify what the stylist and can't do. This is by no means the hairdresser's fault but more a problem with a description of the skillset of each other the hairdressers

Probably the worst haircut I have ever received! I asked for my hair to be shoulder length and it’s an inch higher than my shoulders! I asked for blunt cut and the edges aren’t even straight!! She knew she had done an awful job as she couldn’t even make eye contact with me after- disgusting ! I will not be returning and I will be warning people not to get their hair done here
