I have visited Headmasters salons a number of times before and have been really pleased with my experience. However on this occasion I felt I'd had a 'cheap & cheerful' haircut but paid a premium price.
Did not receive the Indian head massage.
Hair was not combed through with conditioner so my stylist had to rake through my dangly wet hair; she asked the gentleman who washed my hair if he had remembered to use conditioner. Not what you want to hear! Would have liked a treatment but wasn't offered.
Cut was good as only needed a trim, but asked for a silky, bouncy blow dry and unfortunately it was just straight and flat. Had I been going out that evening I'd have had to go home and restyle my hair. Staff lovely and friendly but will not be returning again.

This hairdressers is nice, but I didn't think it was great value - my hair wasn't much different to when I arrived when I left and the head massage was lovely but honestly incredibly short! That said my hairdresser did blow dry my hair beautifully.
