I booked late but the salon reorganised stylists to make sure they could make my appointment which, in my opinion, was above and beyond. Morgan was brilliant. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Highly recommend.

Amazing - thank you Morgan! My hair isn’t always easy to manage but this was of the best haircuts I’ve had in a while. I’d definitely recommend!

I booked and paid online, but when I got there they didnt have my appointment. Although I was fitted in I didnt get the stylist I had request and paid for.

When I booked this haircut I chose to pay extra to be with a senior stylist. The word senior would make me think they have many years of experience and expertise however during my haircut my hairdresser told me she’d only qualified less than 2 years ago. This is not the fault of the hairdresser and I think she did a good job. However, I did find it odd that I had paid extra to be with a senior stylist and ended up with someone who I would consider as a newly qualified hairdresser. Very odd.
