Overall friendly and informative but I was left for 20 minutes with my head in the sink (she did apologise). I was also charged for a £23 toner after I’d expressly said I didn’t want any additional treatments I’m top of my booking and on complaining was told the manager would call to refund it. All good… the manager then called days later and I was told “she said she told that you had to pay and the toner wasn’t optional…I won’t be giving you a refund” and that was that. I won’t return.
