The hair cut was average, didn't deliver as per my requirement. You were offering something to drink, but didnt make it if it was included or i had to pay extra. So, i declined the offer. The treatment mentioned Head massage was included - yes, it was for hardly 20 seconds. And i was not a head massage, it was just a random strokes on the scalp.

Overall experience was good, satisfied with the haircut, however not happy with the head massage.
Treatment includes a luxury head massage which I dint get. Wash, cut and blow dry was complete in 25min

Staff were friendly and helpful. My hair looks lovely and really healthy. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.
I loved the massage chair when you’re getting your hair washed that was a lovely added bonus.
The only thing was their booking availability didn’t match the website availability so I had to rearrange my appointment for the next day.

Really friendly hairdresser. The hair cut was ok but felt a little rushed. The sink I had my hair washed in was full of hair dye- not a great first impression.
