I have left my appointment feeling utterly disappointed. A real shame as my hairdresser was lovely, but in no way the senior stylist I paid £53 for.
Initially offered a coffee, this never arrived.
Actual hair cut was fine, perhaps a little rushed but as I had only asked for a trim and tidy up I wasn't expecting hours of work.
The blow dry however, was awful. Rushed and no effort whatsoever to style or give any body. After asking for a "straight" style blow dry I have left the salon with an uneven parting and hair full of kinks. The top of my head/hair hasnt been touched.
I was in the salon a total of 25 minutes.
As a busy (pregnant) mum to an 18 month old I was hoping for 45 minutes of relaxation and to leave feeling fab! Instead I left feeling genuinely sad and ever so slightly robbed.
