I did not get my "luxury" head massage !! Hearcut was very average - very much like what you would get from saloon that charges 7-10 per cut. I was expecting much more for £32 service I've paid for. On top of this, hairwash was literally about 15 seconds. I think it was the person who cut my hair just wasn't good enough, everyone else looked well engaged with customers and taking their time. I've been to many headmasters in central London, was really disappointed with this one.
really friendly and had great advice on hair products. Also received an excellent cut and blow dry.
