My haircut was exactly what I asked for. Friendly and professional

Don't get me wrong - the haircut was good. the woman knew her stuff and gave me the exact haircut I requested.
My issue was that it took her barely 15 minutes. I was in and out. The place was crowded and it felt like a factory line. I expected a bit more an experience for the £53 I paid. Perhaps I was asking too much.
I also felt the sales pitch started from the moment I sat down. Would I like to book a follow up appointment in 6 weeks time? Err can you pick up your scissors and give this one a go first? Would I like to buy this product? No I'm good thanks.
I really enjoyed the coffee and biscuit and the hair wash was lovely. Staff are great and are only doing what they have been instructed to. It was just a bit much for me I guess.
