Really good service, however on arrival they were unaware of my booking. This was not an issue in the end but brought concern initially.

I booked a Ladies Haircut, Blowdry and Luxury Head Massage. The haircut was great but I only received a normal wash without the luxury head massage. The girl who washed my hair told me she would give me a head massage but spent her time cleaning the sinks next to me instead. I spent about 10 minutes lying alone at the sink with product in my hair before the stylist came and rinsed it off. The cut and the blow dry was good, and the stylist took time to ask me what I wanted. Unfortunately, as I didn't get the full package that I paid for, it's a bit disappointing so I'm rating this 3 stars.

I absolutely love my blow dry - I'm not 100% sure but I think my stylist was called Vanessa. I asked for a long wavy look and she took so much time and care it looked amazing - I felt great for the wedding I had that day! Thank you
