I used to come to this branch all the time in previous years. Although I think the hair dressing itself hasnt changed i think the ambience has changed. It isn't as vibrant and friendly as it used to be. Has management changed?

Great from start to finish...offered coffee as soon as I entered...discussed what I wanted done with the stylist...and the head massage was amazing...I'll definitely be back.
