The service I received was okay and whilst I don't have any major complaints the appointment felt really rushed - the hairdresser kept looking at her watch as she was running late but was happy to sell me extra treatments that would take more time. It felt like a very expensive experience for the treatment and product I received and not really worth repeating if I'm honest.
Not the best experience I have had, felt wet after my "quick wash", pulled about during my blowdry and then to top it off I had to rewash my hair the very next day due to scalp itching where the shampoo or conditioner had not been washed out enough.
All in all a waste of my time and money
