When you book it states 'luxury head massage and blow dry', the luxury head massage part is very misleading as there is nothing luxury about the massage! You get a 1 min massage whilst they're washing your hair....so not sure what's meant to be so luxury about that!
Blow dry was average...the stylist clearly didn't understand when I asked her for volume as my hair was flatter on top than when I went in!

First ever walking out of a hair salon after a hair cut with wet hair! The staff loves herself, playing with her own hair non-stop when speaking to me. Won't go back.

I was bought a package for my birthday and I abosultely loved every minute of my appointment. I enjoyed a nice coffee with a magazine while having my hair cut. The head massage was spot on and the stylist was really friendly. I am very happy with my hair and have booked my next appointment for six weeks time!
I was told that i wasnt book on their system apparently its wahanda and headmaster head office held the booking but not the croydon branch itself.i will never come back.
Eventhough i have a confirmation on email and text message that i was booked on that day at that hour as I have a christening to attend to I was afford another time but i told them i have a christening . In the end I was blow dried by the receptionist as no one is available to do it. i will never come back.
