I asked for just below chin, got about 2cm off that in the wrong direction. She could see my hair is naturally wavy and still went in with a high cut starting from the back. Honestly, it's just hair and will grow out, but I'm not happy with the length. I spent more time waiting in the chair than actually getting a hair cut.

I saw Denisa who did my balayage and haircut. I had box dye on my hair and denisa was upfront with what would and would not be possible. I think she did a fantastic job, I love the end result and couldn’t be more pleased. The cut was also very good, and my hair feels healthier. I would recommend denisa and would return.
