Jacinta was very nice she listened to what I wanted and looked at some photos I had bought with me but also took into account the type of hair I had and the condition. I was given a nice little pot of tea too. I’m really pleased with the cut and she used a wand after the blow dry to define the layers. She also did a test allergy for semi permanent colour as I have had an allergy in the past. If all goes well with this I will book in for a colour soon. The massage chair when you have your hair washed was fun and the toilets very clean. A good experience
A warm welcome was received. There appeared to be a very nice working atmosphere, which is rare in most salons! Tash, who cut my hair was lovely, not only is she a great stylist but she has excellent interpersonal skills. For someone who loathes going to the hairdresser I found headmasters a very pleasant experience.
Overall I had a lovely experience with Tash who did a great job on my hair. She was friendly, warm and very accommodating. The salon is really new and it feels very nice and clean.
Couple of things to watch out for: The ombré was quite subtle, so do be fairly specific about the colour you want. This headmasters is also new to Treatwell so do be specific about what treatment you had - mine had a luxury hair massage included and I don’t think my hairdresser realised it. It is quite expensive as I think you’re paying for the brand and associate experience. Alongside this, I was recommended to get a bond strengthening treatment to protect my hair (an extra £30) hence the slightly lower mark as I don’t feel it was qyite justified given the price.
