Stylist did not have mask over nose, had to ask a couple of times. She seemed bored ! & uninterested by my booked blow dry which was not cheap. I was looking for a bit of a lift but didn’t feel pampered at all. Asked if I wanted drink which I did, it didn’t arrive, she never asked what I wanted on my hair. I said I wanted something to find the curly blow dry. It looked just ok when I left the shop but within an hour curls had dropped. Disappointingly very under average
