Really disappointing hair wash. The girl has really long nails, was scratching my head and didn’t wash well or for very long. A small amount of conditioner was sprayed on and immediately washed out, no head massage as advertised. I have really thick hair so it just didn’t feel that clean or well rinsed with such little attention. Shame as blow dry was good.

Stylist did not have mask over nose, had to ask a couple of times. She seemed bored ! & uninterested by my booked blow dry which was not cheap. I was looking for a bit of a lift but didn’t feel pampered at all. Asked if I wanted drink which I did, it didn’t arrive, she never asked what I wanted on my hair. I said I wanted something to find the curly blow dry. It looked just ok when I left the shop but within an hour curls had dropped. Disappointingly very under average
