It was ok. Shafiqa was really nice, customer service was ok, they seemed very busy and a bit delayed with the appointments. My booking was moved one hour and so later. The haircut was okish but nothing special, considering that I booked with a director. I wanted it a bit shorter and was hoping for a bit more volume to my haircut. Overall it was ok but not the best haircut I’ve had.
