Painful blow dry the brush got tangled in my hair a few times, and the hairdresser yanked my hair out several time to remove the brush.
Also I was called by Xavier and told that I had missed my 12pm appointment (despite actually having a 12.45pm appointment booked). Her attitude and sheer rudeness was unacceptable, she made me feel like I had done something wrong?? Sort your booking system out!

salis is amazing at bouncy blow drys , I have long curly hair that can be a challenge however it’s amazing smooth and bouncy just how I like it, one of the best blow drys I have . Thank you !
