Carlito was great! Very kind and cut my hair exactly as I wanted! He even gave me tips on how to tame my flyaways/baby hairs. I’ll definitely come back for him again!

AVOID THIS PLACE
I went to this place today, the hairdresser was 30 mins late so I had to come back.
I happily agreed and came back. They sat me down and had to wait about 5 minutes until somebody offered me to grab my coat. The hairdresser finally came and sat me down to wash my hair. It was ok, until the “hair massage”… It was horrible, it felt like the person was about to crush my head between his hands. I stayed calm and went on with it. Then he asked me what haircut I wanted and I said that I just wanted my hair a tiny bit shorter. The hairdresser grabbed a shaver and ruined the side of my hair within a minute. I had to stop him and ask him what he was doing until the manager heard me and told him to stop. We had to come up with a better solution because I looked horrible. Understand that I have to attend events and be sociable with a priest looking haircut now… terrible. The person didn’t understand a word of English and ruined my haircut. Really really badly. He had to do the back of my head and shave the sides properly but cut me about 4 times on my neck (I now have red marks because of this guy!)
I now look horrible and am about to finally leave this hell of a place and the guy tell me “thanks bye” without cleaning out all of the hairs that I had on my face and on my arms…
So unprofessional, looks like the guy never ever cut hair in his entire life.
The manager stopped me before I left to offer me to come back for free.
Do you really think I’d come back to this horrific place?
Give me my money back. I wouldn’t even come back if you paid me.
With all due respect this person shouldn’t be a hairdresser and people should actually review his license.
Headmasters Ealing, you are the worst hair salon I’ve ever seen in 22 years.
