Salon was shut and I’ve prepaid - no refund given. Waste of travel time and money and the treatment price which was over £100.
Ladies' Half Head Highlights
My hair is choppy and uneven. I didn't notice until a few days later after I washed and straightened it. I have curly hair so a choppy hair cut can go unnoticed.
Didn't really get a luxury head massage either - just 30 seconds of whatever.
I was also upsold an Olaplex treatment which I'm actually unsure was legit Olaplex.
Overall incredibly disappointed and will never be returning.
