My hair is choppy and uneven. I didn't notice until a few days later after I washed and straightened it. I have curly hair so a choppy hair cut can go unnoticed. Didn't really get a luxury head massage either - just 30 seconds of whatever. I was also upsold an Olaplex treatment which I'm actually unsure was legit Olaplex. Overall incredibly disappointed and will never be returning.

Silas was wonderful and did an amazing job. He made sure I was happy with the length before cutting and was good at keeping in mind I have naturally curly hair. I walked out with the change I wanted and with beautifully cut hair.
