Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
So the package included a luxury head massage which I wasn’t given. I made the app to see Sila but was served by two different people who both didn’t just rush everything from wash to cut and blow dry wasn’t even a blow dry both of them pulled my head from side to side and kept saying how her other client was waiting. I left with a massive headache and safe to say I won’t be going back. I told the manager on my way out who said he was sorry and that’s about it! Absolutely appalling service

My hair looked nice in the end, but it took twice the amount of time specified, which meant the blow dry was so rushed it was painful as the place was closing. I was very disappointed in the experience as there wasnt a proper consultation and I wasnt asked what I wanted, I was just told what I was having. When I said I wanted it dried curly not straight he was visibly annoyed. He kept leaving me for long periods without telling me what was happening and was generally rude. I will not go back.

Shafiqa was really sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted and kept showing me how much she was cutting to reassure me. Would definitely book with her again.
