Great experience - friendly staff and really happy with the final result

Overall a good experience. The service was good: I was seen right away and offered a drink on several occasions. The staff were friendly enough. My hair cut was also good, but I did think that Ricardo seemed a little nervous and kept looking around which made me a bit anxious. It all worked out though, so thanks very much!

Once I got there, I was put in a chair and no one came over to tell me how long I had to wait, it was about a 10 minute wait in the end but there was a huge lack of communication.
I did not feel as though my stylist knew what they were doing at all, and my cut is choppy and messy. I asked for a simple trim on hair just past shoulder length, not a difficult task and have been left with choppy, uneven hair that now if I wanted to get it recut would be too short. Not very impressed.
