Went in for a basic cut, wash and blow dry. Service was fine and enjoyed the beverages.
The experience was overall ok
The man who did my colour was amazing so professional and accommodating!
I then had a lady take over for washing my hair I was left at the basin for 20 mins waiting for a 5 minute conditioning treatment to work.
The lady then took me to my seat started cutting and then went to see another client that had turned up for over 10 mins
unfortunately my cut was poor I asked for a graduated bob but just got a trim and no life to it.
I would have preferred someone that felt confident if they didn’t know how to do it then using my hair as a practise head.
On leaving the salon there was so much confusion I had already paid on treatwell as no one could understand and I had to keep explaining after being given my bill.
