Unfortunately the blow dry did not give any volume to my hair which is what I had asked for.

Only can write 500 words so will keep it short. Receptionist rude didnt offer me a seat to sit. When asked to take to wash my hair dirty wet towel which smelled and I had to ask for another one. Blow dry was done in 20 mins where usually on my hair takes an hour. Walked out with flat hair. Rude, dirty and totally waste of money. Heard great things about headmaster but walking branch very disappointing no wonder they doing half price sale !!!

Really good experience, it’s hard to find a good hairdresser when you’re new to an area and Shorna made me feel at home

Shorna was lovely very friendly and attentive. Got a great haircut and the best blow dry I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming again!
