Very odd policy as most salons take at least 45 mins for a good blowdry. My advice would be to try Visage and Blow bar in Ealing as the staff and owners are much more nicer and care more about customer retention then a few more pounds. Not attending again, unfortunately. The lady who blowdried my hair was sweet though, just a shame about the owner.

Unfortunately I asked to avoid a specific cut and ended up with it. Stylist didn’t seem to understand the cut that I was looking for - which was very simple so I am unsure what the difficultly was.
